Tuesday/Thursday Friends Build a Fox Habitat

Freddy the Fox overseas the construction of building his habitat.

Freddy needs trees in his habitat for shade and protection.

We practice "reduce, reuse, recycle" by using all of the paper scraps.

Working hard to give Freddy food, water, and shelter.

What will Freddy think of our habitat?

"This is the perfect home for a fox!"

Welcome home, Freddy!

The last finishing touch...

Our proud wild-life biologists!

January Happenings

Tuesday/Thursday class laughs at a silly story for our friend's birthday.

What song does a Robin bird sing?

Snow and dirt make the best recipes.

Bundle up, it's freezing!

Our Wednesday class discovers a "Busy Tree."

This block of ice is so heavy!

Shhh! We're hibernating under the rock wall.

Round and round we go

Tuesday/Thursday's class decorates pine cone trees for Christmas.

"One bell, two bells, three bells, four bells..."

Identifying animal bones in owl pellets.

Hmm... let me take a look at that.

Let's use the magnifying glasses to get a closer look.

I think it's a mole's jaw bone.

We have a mouse's leg bone!

I need a second look at that tiny skull.

Which animal does this leg bone match up with?
