October 1, 2013 Let's Install Signs

The Tu/Th K-Wild class has been busy installing signs for the different outdoor classroom areas.  During small group this week, both classes started working on the "Top 10 Things You Want to Know About Me!"  We are meeting new friends, learning new songs and getting ready to learn all about the life cycle of a pumpkin..  A few of the students found pumpkins growing in our garden....all from pumpkins that decomposed last year!

Friday class begins!

K-WILD Friday class begins and we were all very excited to play in the Messy Materials Area. 

We also enjoyed making delicious treats in our Mud Kitchen. Look closely for the spaghetti and meatballs... topped off with a little Parmesan cheese.

   

K-Wild 2013 -2014 begins!

K-Wild begins again with a whole new group of children. We have a Tuesday/Thursday class and a Friday morning class.  We are enjoying some delightful end of summer weather. Our new "mud kitchen" is the perfect place to make soup and cakes! We are all very excited about learning to climb the tree in our Messy Materials area.  Here are some of our first day pictures from K-Wild Tu/Th.  Stay tuned for an adventurous year as we learn and explore outdoors each and every day.

KWILD has come to an end for 2012-2013. We made precious memories...wondering, investigating, learning and discovering the great outdoors....each and every day that we had class. What a fabulous group of children. Thank you for embarking on this journey with us.
